Mennonite In-Home Care provides life-enriching home care services to people of all faiths throughout Linn, Benton, and southern Marion counties, so they may live comfortably at home for as long as possible. We respect the dignity and worth of every individual, and we’re committed to encouraging independence and freedom of choice. Home care services are available to adults and seniors in Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Corvallis, Philomath, Salem, and surrounding areas 24-hours a day, all days. There are no extra fees for weekend coverage. Holiday rate of time-and-a-half applies to all services. Our caregivers, CNAs, and RNs are valued and trusted. Staff members are selected carefully and given excellent training and support throughout their careers with Mennonite Village. They receive CPR training, housekeeping instruction, ongoing education, and regular in-services. The proof is in our exemplary state survey history and client satisfaction.

Hiring an In-Home Caregiver

“When choosing an agency, be sure to ask about what services are provided. Find out about the company. How long have they been in business? Are they with the Better Business Bureau? Check their references. Compare costs, services and features that they offer. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Remember, you are the client, and ultimately you must feel comfortable and confident with the caregiver’s services.” “My favorite part of working for Mennonite In-Home Care is the emotional reward I get from serving clients. I took care of one client whose family was there the entire shift. They hugged me as I was leaving and told me how thankful they were to have someone come and take care of their family member. It made me tear up.”
