Dining Services

Each season begins with menus built around emerging dining trends and the freshest ingredients available. We enhance lives by creating from scratch foods alive with flavor and nutrition, using wholesome ingredients that are harvested in a socially responsible way for the well being of our residents and the environment.

The dining room at Ashwood Court II is available for residents and staff to enjoy lunch and dinner services. Residents can enjoy meals in the dining room or order meals to go or meals to be deliverd.
Friday dinners are open to the general public, family, and friends. Reservations are required in advance.

3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Executive Chef Cody Martin

Executive Chef Cody Martin, Mennonite Village

Mennonite Village is pleased to introduce Executive Chef Cody Martin. As a child, Chef Martin was inspired by the chefs who worked at his grandmother’s restaurants in Southern Oregon. During high school, he developed a passion for local, sustainable, farm-to-table cooking inspired by Alice Waters of Chez Panisse.

Now, with more than 20 years of experience, Chef Martin has a wealth of knowledge he is eager to share with his staff and colleagues. He is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for the residents and employees at Mennonite Village.

Chef Martin lives in Philomath with his wife, Amy, and their boys, Daylan, Dorian, and Taylor. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating with family and friends
