Residents can transition seamlessly from independent living to assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing should their health needs change. CCRCs provide peace of mind and help protect against rising healthcare costs by supporting residents in aging in place within a familiar community.

A Life Plan Community is the modern term for a Continuing Care Retirement Community, or CCRC. It offers residents long-term security with guaranteed access to higher levels of care if needed ¾ without the stress of relocating to a new community.

Residents enjoy a wide variety of amenities designed to encourage wellness, connection and an active lifestyle. These include chef-crafted dining, comprehensive wellness programs, educational lectures, creative arts studios, spiritual services, gardening opportunities, walking trails, fitness classes, cultural outings and social clubs tailored to diverse interests.
